Finance Society is the premier student run organization for finance majors and students interested in financial careers at Cal Poly Pomona. Our mission is to assist our members by providing them with opportunities to facilitate their professional growth.

What We Offer
Industry Leaders Series
We host reputable guest speakers from the corporate sector to lead informational seminars. This provides an opportunity for students to identify potential finance-focused career paths while simultaneously learning to network and explore professional development opportunities.
Relevant Workshops
By embodying Cal Poly Pomona’s “Learn by Doing” mantra, we provide students with access to premium Excel, financial modeling, and career development workshops online. This helps students to gain hands-on experience and meet industry standards.
Corporate Tours
We host corporate tours for the members to network with alumni and industry professionals. Students will have opportunities to identify potential finance-focused career paths while simultaneously learning to network and explore professional development opportunities.
Curated Internship List
Members of the Finance Society will receive a curated internship list where they could explore potential internship opportunities in different fields of finance.
Resume Book
The Finance Society member's resume will be included in our Resume Book. The Resume Book will send to guest speakers from our Industry Leaders Series.
